Temperature-controlled transport

- Qualified packaging matched to route length and season
- Continuous temperature recording with a downloadable record
- Deviation procedure with quality review before any product is released
- Pre-conditioned coolant and packing to a written specification

Sterile handling
Sterile products stay sterile because the packaging stays intact and the environment around it is controlled.
Sterile lines are stored apart from other stock, picked by trained staff and packed in clean conditions. Every carton is checked for damage before it leaves.
- Segregated storage for sterile and non-sterile product
- Visual inspection of sterile barriers at receipt and before dispatch
- Expiry-date control with first-expiry-first-out picking
- Documented cleaning and hygiene routines for storage and packing areas
- Batch and lot recorded on every dispatch for full traceability

Common questions
Can you deliver to a specific hospital dock or department?
Yes. The quote form asks for your delivery dock so the driver and dispatch team know exactly where to go.
What happens if a temperature reading goes out of range?
The consignment is held and reviewed by our quality team. Product is only released or replaced once the deviation has been assessed, and you receive the record.
Do you supply temperature records with deliveries?
Temperature-controlled consignments ship with monitoring, and the record can be provided to your pharmacy or quality team on request.
How do I order?
Add products to your quote list in the catalog, then submit the request for quote form. Ordering is by written quote, not online payment.
